Fabio Miani CHEF

Fabio is from Italy where his passion for cooking was born. From a young age he was intrigued by watching his father cook at home for the family as he experimented with new recipes and making new dishes using produce from the family vegetable garden. At the age of 18, Fabio took the decision to move to England beginning a whole new chapter. He joined The Wildebeest in July 2018 as Senior Sous Chef and quickly proved himself, moving up to the sought-after position of Head Chef.

The Wildebeest is an award-winning relaxed fine dining restaurant in the village of Stoke Holy Cross close to Norwich, Norfolk. Our Michelin Recommended restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes brings together dishes using all that is great and good from Norfolk. The kitchen is led by Head Chef Fabio Miani and makes use of the freshest, local ingredients to embrace the very best of every season. Alongside the Taster Menus, described as a delight for all the senses, a Wine pairing service is available taking diners on a perfectly-paired wine journey.
