Chris Cleghorn is the Executive Head Chef of The Queensberry Hotel and The Olive Tree Restaurant in Bath. A Michelin star was awarded in October 2018, after many years of hard work, creativity, dedication and faith – Having retained a Michelin star for 5 consecutive years, which it remains Bath’s only Michelin Star. For what Michelin described as “Refined, creative cooking using colours, textures and flavours to full effect.”
