Raspberry

Raspberry is related to the rose, raspberries are usually deep red in colour, although there are also yellow, whit and black raspberries.

Soft and delicate in texture, they have a wonderful, floral, fruity, rosey taste. This Summer fruit are wonderful eaten fresh, but can also made into jam.
