Ruby Chard

Also known as rhubarb chard, ruby chard us similar to Swiss chard, except that the fleshy stem and ribs are a deep red magenta colour. There are other varieties that are golden and orange stems. There is also a rainbow chard, that has stems that are red, gold, pink, orange and white stems. They taste the same as ruby chard.
